Restrictions
August 9, 2008 - September 1, 2008 -- 3 night minimum on all properties (except four bedrooms) (starting or ending on a Saturday).
September 2, 2008 - December 31, 2008 -- 2 night minimum on all properties (except four bedrooms) -- any day of arrival is permissable. *Some restrictions apply during Shrimp Festival (October 9th - 12th, 2008).
January 1, 2009 - March 13, 2009 -- 2 night minimum on all properties (except four bedrooms) -- any day of arrival is permissible.
January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2010 -- all four bedroom rentals have a 7 night minimun year round (starting or ending on a Saturday).
